Yep, it’s the Firmware, and to a lesser extent the UI, that’s flawed.
In terms of IQ it is excellent.

The Keck telescopes are 17,500mm f/1.4 . That aperture is not a misprint. Only two were made. At 300 tons and $70,000,000, each, they're not very transportable.
