Just in case....
You are printing.... and wish to cancel the print for whatever reasons.... do NOT press the trashcan symbol on the Epson....
If your printer is connected via IP, OSX will choke! In other words, the spooling will not be cleared....
Even if you switch out both, and disconnect printer and Mac from power and ethernet, reconnect and reboot... first thing that happens is that your printer comes up with the "printing" status.... processing
Presssing this button will choke OSX and the only way to cure that is to print from another Mac!
Even deleting the printer and assigning a new IP adress will not cure this!!
If you need to cancel the print, do it ONLY from the software interface, NEVER from the printer itself
