FS: Late Model Pentax 67 Lenses

I have sold my Pentax 67 film camera to a friend locally, but she wasn't interested in any lenses other than the standard kit lens. For this reason I am selling my P67 lens lineup.

I have the following lenses for sale:
200mm f/4 with 2X Teleconverter EX++ condition, caps, box for teleconverter. Asking $220 USD for the pair
55mm f/4 EX++ condition, comes with caps. Asking $350 USD
165mm 2.8 EX++ condition, comes with caps, original box. Asking $240 USD
75mm f/4.5 Shift Lens; purchased from KEH with EX- grade; has lots of rub marks on body, but no dings (lots of use, no abuse). Glass is in great shape. Asking $480

I will cover shipping and paypal fees to the lower 48.
