It look similar but it is the one of the distinctive towers which form the complex that is St Pancras International Station. That particular tower is the hotel attached to the station, which is a similar gothic revival style to Tower Bridge.

Louis,...That's a brilliant shot of St.Pancras International!......for once the wide-angle distortion works really well for the image...nice contrast with the Victorian 'uprightness' (if that's a real word!)
