How to set up Custom Profiles in LR Classic for Pentax 645Z

I read the reviews about the Profiles on the Pentax 645Z and a few people recommended doing Custom profiles for that camera and NOT use the Adobe RGB or Standard
Can someone explain how to do it as I never did this before Ty
