Very impressive. A friend lent me his 35 Biogon when I first got my M8, and I was always impressed with it's performance. Great lens indeed, especially in competent hands... such as yours.Lloyd, here's a crop (albeit centre crop) at 100%
Steve, Excellent. The timing is precise. The bw treatment is masterful.1.

Very clever. Made for an intriguing shot. Now, what's the story on the foil and the cell phone?isn't this cool. i love it too, i was having a fun time showing this picture off to my other friends
this was a replica food which is commonly found on display in most japanese restaurants. my friend and i had a delicious snack, octupus balls, at maru global, philadelphia.
while waiting for our octopus balls, this replica dish on display in the window caught my attention. for several minutes i had a big and mischievous grin on my face which my friend couldn't not notice. anyway, knowing that these replicas were expensive, i asked the owner for permission to allow me to take it off the window so that i could take a picture of it with my friend's hand making it looked like he was magically levitating the noodles off the bowl with the chop sticks
there's an interesting article on replica food here at http://www.japanwelcomesyou.com/cssweb/display.cfm?sid=1245
