The Definitive Sony B&W Images Thread

A few monochrome shots from the Sony A6000M and Canon EF 16-35/4L + Sigma MC-11 EF-E adapter. All handheld and autofocused with image stabilizer turned on. Raw images were imported directly from the SD card using DXO PureRaw with Deep-Prime and DNG conversion to my LR library folder for the A6000. Only processing in LR was minor exposure adjustment and jpeg conversion for export to Flickr. It appears that some sharpening must have been applied in PureRaw, because I did not apply any sharpening in LR. No filtration used for tonal adjustment - just pure monochrome from the converted sensor.

Out for a steamy walk along Fall Creek with the A6000M and CN 70-200 in Fringer AF adapter. Processed through PureRaw.

Walkin the dog.

Osprey on nest.

Newbie training day. The guy in the captain's chair looked like he had a headache.
