Mike the Sonnar has such a nice retro look to it & these are Fantastic! We had a post-wedding party in Denver for my Arizona niece and her new husband. Having just got my ZM Sonnar back from a pretty major repair, I just had to shoot it on my M8. The light was very low, and most shots were at ISO 640 and f/1.5. However, it (or I) was so dim I had some trouble focusing. However, I'm happy with the photos for what they capture.

Saturday was the anniversary of my daily blog - I've actually managed at least one photograph every day for the last 365 days. And of course I'm continuing.
Here is one of the photos from Saturday's post.
Breath Taking Woody! Awesome!!!A final shot from Saturday. M9 + 35mm pre-asph vIV. 2 frames stitched. The autumn color is coming to an end.
A+ image. Out of a nightmare. All great shots, Matt. But this last one is something else. Something special.
Lovely image.Well, it's not New York, but in Holland you can reach the sky (and beyond) also...
My first effort with the M9 as to find out how the Zeiss 50 f/2 handles the combination of various contrasts (light, dark, lines, circles, etc.). Handheld, reasonable crop, distance abt. 100 mtrs.
Stairway to heaven

+1!An outstanding group of photos, Ashwin. This is my favorite. Perfect compositional balance. Bravo!
These are terrific Steven. And hey, we'll get snow soon enough! No need to wish it here early. :thumbup:Some from Lambs Canyon today outside of Park City.

I don't even know where to begin, Ashwin. Amazing images all! Finally, Noctilux at the football game:
+1 from me. And that goes for the whole set you've posted. :thumbup:Breath Taking Woody! Awesome!!!
Another winner Ton. Worth the wait. These guys were huge and I had to wait a little, but finally mother nature rewarded me with the industrial smile I was after... Decided to leave the image characteristic merely untouched while processing.

Thanks, Steve. Yes, the Sonnar is definitely a keeper. If I had to keep only two lenses it would be the Sonnar and probably the 35mm Biogon. Hmm, I need an M9 so that I could truly live with two lenses (I have an M2 and an M8). I may have to do some calculating .Mike the Sonnar has such a nice retro look to it & these are Fantastic!
Great colours, Lloyd. Like (and recognize) the compo of the wheels also.Ok. Two from the other day.
