IQ 180 Green / Grid Artifact!??

I'm on set... this artifact appeared for about 20 shots then vanished..
Any idea what it is??
Terrified it will return!

It looks like a readout error, but not classic tiling as that I believe would not divide the screen into 3 segments.

You might need a new calibration file on the back, but this is just a guess.
