Phase one IQ3 electronic shutter cable release without adaptor

Being an old school kind of guy, I want to have a physical cable release for the electronic shutter, but all the options seem to require an adaptor to connect to another release unit. Has anyone found an option that can simply attach to the back with a release button?

UPDATED

One option starts with the ES Cable Release Adapter.

The other option is a P1 wakeup cable. As of Feature Update 4 that also can be used to trigger the ES.
