Capture nx2 edited file into Lightroom 4 how

I have retried Capture NX2 after terrible experiences a few years back with NX. Surprise , surprise, did not crash, not too slow, and the IQ wonderful with Neff files. As I see it with Neff files, better than LR or Capture One.

Here is what I need to know, how does one get the edited NX file into Lightroom 4 for printing? I know you have to convert to a tiff but after that I am dead in the water. Help you wise folks.

This is comparing to C1v6 or C1v7?

To import to LR simply process to a TIFF and import the TIFF into Lightroom.
