Nice pic of some Echiums. Barry will recognise those plants as they grow Cornwall!

Steve, you are absolutely right, I do recognise those Echiums here in Cornwall........They grow EVERYWHERE! :D

The weather has been pretty dreary here day after day...So apologies I had to dig up one from last week just as I was leaving the EP.

I do not know why I did not use this combo in a long time!:facesmack:

The fake Zony Sonnars do not come anywhere near such classics.

@Vivek: It looks like the grandes dames are upset of your choice. They make both the same snout. :)

Was that an online translation from French?

No, just my english level. And it would be a German translation, if you want to point at my mother language.

Maybe the expressions "Grande Dame" (for a worldly wise woman, but often used in an ironic way) and also snout (for making a mouth like a dog: in German Schnauze) are wrong used here.

I try it another way around: If you look at their faces, it seems, that the cultural high society (represented by these two women) does not share your thoughts about this lens-body combo.

Seb, Seb, Seb, They were not looking at me or my gear. :)

Thanks for your thoughts though! :)

(yeah, avoid using "snout" to describe humans.)

Just playing with the Contax G 90mm on the Techart GA-3 autofocus adapter. Quite a remarkable combination.

After 30 degrees F this AM turned out to be a balmy 65 this afternoon. A7r-FS with Kolari HM filter on a Contax G 35mm f/2 Planar mounted in the TA-GA3 AF adapter.

I had a kitsch family shooting today. What do you need (beside the family)? A nice sunset and flowers. :)
