Absolutely stunning. Beautiful! If you don't mind a small suggestion, the tones/contrast at the top of the image (where, I assume, the light levels were much higher) seem slightly mushy. Perhaps a tweak there? But otherwise, incredible!
Thanks Ed. Yeah, good observation. I had an odd hazy sky that morning, but some severe lens flare up there I struggled to remove without mucking too much up. I’ll give it another go. Appreciate that.

Hope it wasn't presumptuous of me to point it out. I really meant it helpfully, as the shot's amazing in every other way!

Not at all! I appreciate that observation. I knew something felt incomplete, but I had gotten too immersed in the deeper canyon portion to recognize it. This helps me have a place to start/go back to. And it will probably be helpful to print it out and look at it upside down for a while. The flare problem is also still apparent in a few areas. But now I have something specific to tackle. All good!

I am working on some images for a joint show about National Parks. Attached is one from Canyonlands. I like it, but I am not certain it will appeal broadly. In late November, there is a dusting of snow.

What do you want to show? While you should critically edit your images for an audience and narrative, you also want to say something interesting and bring your own vision to the project. Personally, I like this image because it breaks a preconceived image of the West. I would never choose an image to please a certain kind of person--why go to an exhibition of images I have seen before?

Thanks Will, you bring out some good points, as you often do.
