CFV-100c on Cambo Wide DS Digital, illuminated with flash, flash power adjusted in order have the same exposure.
Processed with Phocus. White balance applied, sharpness at default value (100). All other tools disabled.
I wonder what setting CA correction to "Adaptive" would do in Phocus. This is one of the few capabilities that can be a big improvement over Adobe processing.

I'm a bit surprised at the directional component of the CA (blue to the right, red to the left) if this crop is from the center. Is it asymmetric comparing the left and right edges?

On the right side the CA horizontal direction inverts.

Tried the "adaptive" setting. It does nothing, but I don't have any lens to choose from in the lens pick-up menu since there is no option for the "2x-Mutar + 250sa" combination.
Tried 250sa and 250 CF, still the "adaptive" setting seems to do nothing. Edit: "Adaptive" CA correction works like a charm from the center from the center to the corners.
On the other end, the manual Defringe Tool works.

P.S.
Unfortunately I don't have any meaningful detail on the bottom part of the image to show.

In my experience the adaptive correction setting is very effective with the CA introduced by the Hasselblad Teleconverters. Make sure the lens correction processing step is really active.

Sometimes the standard setting based on the lens choice introduces more than the original image file had.

Upon double check, the original crop was a little bit lateral on the left in respect to the center. The very center has almost no CA.

You're both right, my bad, the tool was disabled.
"Adaptive" works like a charm, both blue and red CA issues have been corrected from the center all the way up to the corners.

I can't help but say that despite its rudimentary nature Phocus always surprises me! It seems it only has what is really needed.

A shot in the near infrared frequencies by using an IR filter which only allows wavelengths above 800nm, or better around 900nm, would reveal the truth.
Would anybody around here have a TSA 350 and APO 1.4XE plus 93, 95 or 100mm IR filter lying around to give that test a try? I am missing at least one part of the setup... 😅
