Yes I have the 5.6 C one. with case and original box. It takes a 105mm filter. Not common in the US.

I’ve never seen a 500/4.5 APO for sale either and I’ve looked for many years. 500/5.6 C lenses are easy to find and very inexpensive (I have one also.)
