New Hasselblad XCD 20-35/3.2-4.5

For me it’s not a lens I’d find especially useful and at about 80% of the cost of a new X2D body, I’d certainly have to feel it was useful before even thinking about paying for it!

One wide angle lens will suffice for me at the present time. I just can’t decide whether it should be the 21, the 25, the 30 or the 38!
The 38 is highly versatile and the IQ is quite decent (I may have had a really good copy of that lens). I found it a bit limiting in terms of FOV , though, especially / but not only indoors. Also, for night shooting, the corners were not so good, wide open - the lens needed to be stopped down for brilliant results. The 21 alone was too wide for me, I do not trust the 28p in terms of absolute IQ, for me the 30 is the number 1 wide angle lens in the XCD lineup. Not sure that fits your vision/ needs, but I thought it might help.

Well, just light gathering really. I like shooting wide field Astro and live next to an area classified as an International Dark Sky Reserve.

There’s a pre owned one available at a dealer in Auckland with only 200 on the shutter count.
It’s about NZ$2,250 cheaper than buying a new 25V but of course lacks the manual focus scale for zone focus etc.
