Got a new lens today. Here's the very first shot, of moving child at an ice-cream restaurant, motion blur and off focus included. Still, the lens look very promising.

Today was only the third day this summer with a temp at 70 degrees or higher here in Anchorage. I was out at the lake to take some photos of my wife's rowing crew practice, but they spent most of the time far away from shore. While I was waiting for them to return, I snapped a few photos of other people enjoying some time on the water in the evening sun.
