It's indeed a splendid lens, and a kind of two-in-one:

- As a 100mm prime, it's extremely sharp at any aperture and excellent as a long portrait lens.
- As a 100-300mm zoom stopped down to f/8 it's long enough for anything I do and sharp enough that nobody notices that the image was taken using a very cheap lens.

I've shelved the plans to buy into full frame. MFT is still working well for me, and for the cost of buying into a new system, I could buy endless lenses.

From the graduation ceremony at my daughter's school, held at a local show teatre. Entertainment by some of the students.
GX8 with Zuiko 12-40mm f/2.8 @ 38mm and f/2.8
