And don’t forget to say hi!
I have an early 1958 M2. Still without a self timer which is only produced part of the first year of production.A recently purchased 1956 M3, with a 1959 Summicron 35 Type 1
Wow, I'm jealous. Great f2 set and a 55/1.2 to boot. The only f2 zuiko I have is the 85/2, but that's a real gem as well! For the rest I'm more in the f2.8 world (24/100/135) as well as a run-of-the-mill 50/1.4A quick shot of my ZUIKO GANG . These are extremely good lenses I use with the SONY A7II .
As some lenses have extreme curved glas , a reflex free image from this perspective , will obviously only be possible using a big light tent , which I don't have . So take it as it is .
PeterBtw, all Zuiko's I have seen have always been full black, while these seem to have blank polished metal rings and other parts. Was that a special edition or another (less advertised/sold) variety?
I think it was the "film" part of film photography. So, remind me again, what was so bad about film?
